YodL is a handy app for communicating with people around you.
We wanted to provided a social app that was instantly useful for a small community.
If your working or playing somewhere, and you and those you're with download this app, you'll be able to chat and broadcast messages to each other even if you don't have each other's contact info.Look around you.
If you're in an office, bar, school or dorm - how would you notify people around you about something important you need to share?
If you're not friends on social media, following a #trend or know each other's number then you can't.
Enter YodL.
YodL lets you broadcast a message and photo about what's going on around you.
Users nearby, or those listening to your location will get the message.
You can then reply with a chat session, relay the message or vote on the value of the information.
Votes impact your reputation on the system, and the higher your reputation, the farther your broadcast will go and the more people it will reach!
